This recipe if for cheddar cheese sauce. It is Keto (low carb), and very tasty when added to the baked cauliflower recipe below. Great if you want a nice lunch, need a break from meat, or just need a cheesy side to fill the void.
*In my opinion: This truly is a nice alternate to mac and cheese. It is very rich and creamy and adds a nice crunch that you don’t get from a traditional mac and cheese.*
Add into the cheese sauce above for a 30 minute or less lunch! Don’t forget to cut down the carbs if you eat less than a whole cauliflower head in one sitting.
