Brownies:

Diabetic Kitchen Gourmet Chocolate Brownie Mix. Keto and Diabetic friendly. Sugar free and gluten free.

*In my humble opinion (and the opinion of my husband and children), these are wonderful tasting brownies. My little minions even asked if we could have these brownies instead of the other types we used to eat. We have tried every big name brand box as well as some organic brownie types and from scratch as well).*

I have attached the link below. It is from Amazon. I do not get paid for this, but this is what I personally buy. Use it or don’t 🙂

Rice- The best rice alternative that I have found so far is riced cauliflower. Riced cauliflower is basically when a cheese grater and cauliflower meet. You can buy it frozen for a really quick meal/side or prep it ahead of time for a quick snack. I have found a few ways to make this the tastiest for my family.

Rice version 1: Put a 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan on medium and add riced cauliflower. stir until nice and shiny from the oil and cook for about 5-8 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Turn off the heat, add some salt and pepper to taste.

Rice version 2: follow version 1, but add the “keto- cheese sauce” recipe on the recipe page. It makes a cheesy rice or a risotto- esque dish.

Rice version 3: Add 2-3 tablespoons of butter and riced cauliflower into a pan on medium heat. Cook for about 5-8 minutes. Add a dash of salt to taste.
